Literature and film have always been central to her work, sparking her passion for book cover illustration, character art, and poster design. Through receiving her BFA in Illustration at the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design, she discovered her love for surface design. In addition to her BFA, she also received a minor in Literature.

In her career, Kyli has worked on multiple commissions, as well as collaborating on a poster design for PCAD. Additionally, she was awarded a certificate of Honorable Mention for L. Ron Hubbard's Illustrators of the Future Contest.

Her work is heavily inspired by gothic, fantasy, and sci-fi themes. When she isn't creating illustrations, she's likely to be seen engrossed in a good book, film, or game, with her cat Dusk right by her side.
